In just a few days, Requestland will completely eliminate passwords and transition to face or touch authentication using passkeys. Passkeys are encrypted digital keys and are much more secure than passwords.
When creating your passkey during the transition, you will need to verify via email. If you no longer have access to the email registered with your account, please update it while you can still log in with your password.
Since passkeys provide a higher level of security, you will stay logged in for one month. During that time, you generally won’t need to log out.
Registering as a user will also become easier. There will no longer be a distinction between individual and organization users — all users will be classified as organization users. While individual accounts are still usable for now, we recommend creating and migrating to an organization account as individual accounts will be phased out. If you need assistance transferring coupons or large amounts of data, please reach out to us.
If you wish to delete your account, please log in with your Land ID and delete it through the user settings menu.
