Ban policy
Unlike ordinary stores and online shops, variety of people, including children, see requests and doumos on Requestland. So, we need safety and comfort as we expect in public places, for example Disneyland.
Transactions of products and services (hereinafter referred to as “products”) that fall under any of the following policies are prohibited. Please don't use for them. When you find a request or something for a banned product, please press "Report improper use" button on the request for tolerant, diverse and comfortable Requestland.

Products prohibited by law
Trading of any product that is prohibited by the laws of any country of the parties. Both parties are responsible for ensuring compliance with both local laws and regulations.
Transaction without required licenses.

Products inappropriate on Requestland
Anything that should not be shown to children, anything that causes violence, or anything that annoys or offends anyone. Many or frequent enough to be inconvenient for other users.
Weapons, military, pornography, work below the minimum wage, poverty industry, etc.

Products with danger
Any product that the safety function of Requestland is not adequate.
Babysitters, childsitters, dating, private lodgings, etc. Use services that have function to eliminate dangerous people.
Things with a risk of life.

Products prohibited by payment providers
You must not use for products that the payment provider bans.
The products on the following list are typical examples. Even if your item is not on the list but it falls into one of above policies, you must not deal it on Requestland. Peace and Passion will reject the item if it is deemed to be over the limit. If the product is rejected, you are obliged to cancel the transaction including the request / proposal.
Selling (receiving money) as individual is prohibited. To sell, register an organization.
You must not include information on your request that can directly or indirectly identify the buyer's individual or organization. (Personal name, company name, address, phone, email, SNS, URL ...)

- Counterfeit products, replicas or designed infringements of them including products designed to circumvent IP
- Essay mills, paper mills where the intent is to falsely submit documents as their own work
- Products designed to circumvent copyright protection techniques or to otherwise facilitate the unlicensed use of copyrighted material
Marketing Practices
- Business investment opportunities operating as ‘get rich quick schemes’
- Business models that use ransom - or extortion like practices
- Business practices that are designed to evade excessive chargeback monitoring programs
- Deceptive marketing tactics related to disclosure, false or inaccurate claims, before/after claims, endorsements, cancellation or refunds avoidance, pre- checked opt-ins, poorly disclosed negative options, misappropriation of incentives, disproportionate rebates, sweepstakes
- Fake references and other services or products that foster deception
- Products or services that promote hate, violence, discrimination, terrorism, harassment or abuse in any shape or form
- Pyramid selling, chain letters or other financial scams

- Political, religious, military or social solicitations, campaigns, or opinions

- Living bodies. However, it is possible to sell food, flowers and trees, and to hand over dogs and cats for free
- Items that promote or glorify hatred, discrimination, xenopobia, violence, racial, sexual, or religious intolerance, or promote organizations with such views

- The stolen property to be posted or offered

- It is against the law to law to transport hazardous materials or 'dangerous goods' per transport regulations

- Drugs, and tools specifically intended for the production of drugs, drug paraphernalia, illegal drugs, substances designed to mimic illegal drugs and/or other psychoactive products.
- Illegal products or services or any service providing peripheral support of illegal activities, including illegal gambling services
- Legal gambling or Game of Skill where participants receive cash or cash equivalents or prizes with/of material value: including but not limited to: Casinos, poker, bingo, slot machines, betting, lotteries, racing, fantasy sports
- Products or services specifically offered or intended to be used to create, produce or grow drugs or drug ingredients
