The previous domain, rq.land, has been discontinued.



Remove old and Install new


Windows
  1. Press the Windows icon to open the Start menu.
  2. Right-click on “Requestland.”
  3. Uninstall.
  4. Install Requestland app on the home screen (video).

macOS
  1. Right-click on the Requestland app in the Dock (where the apps are lined up).
  2. Options
  3. Show in Finder.
  4. Right-click on the displayed Requestland app.
  5. Move it to the Trash.
  6. Install Requestland app on the home screen (video).

Android
  1. Long press the app on the home screen.
  2. Push the “i” icon.
  3. Uninstall.
  4. Install Requestland app on the home screen (video).

iOS
  1. Long press the Requestland app on the home screen.
  2. Remove Bookmark.
  3. Install Requestland app on the home screen (video).







Updates


App Installed from Safari on macOS
  • Even if the app is not running, the chat notification sound will play (you can mute it in settings).
  • When the app is running (a black dot appears next to or below the Requestland app in the Dock), badges will be displayed and updated.
  • Notifications will be shown even if the app is not running.


App Installed from Safari on iOS
  • Fixed an issue where notification badges sometimes did not display.
