Strategy
By using a convenient shopping tool, buyers themselves distribute income opportunities to many people by finding "hidden gems".
Problem
We are struggling to earn the income necessary for our livelihood. Many of us are unable to get married or have children. The local economy is deteriorating.
Even though income disparities are natural in free societies, the root causes of the problems of economic inequality need to be fundamentally resolved. We aim to update the economic system and transition to a new era free from disparities and conflicts arising from economic motivations and resentment.
Analysis
Rankings and searches for products and sellers have become widespread. Top-ranked sellers gain more visibility, leading to increased sales opportunities (income opportunities), while lower-ranked sellers see a decrease in revenue opportunities. This concentration of income opportunities follows a power-law distribution, expanding economic inequality.
Since consumers ourselves are fundamentally creating these disparities, it should be possible for us to resolve the issue with the right tools.
Solution and Expected Effects
With "Requestland", buyers can use Requests when they need to ask for something or Comparators when they want to research on their own, to find "hidden gems" that match their needs at reasonable prices, even from lower-ranked sellers.
Naturally, buyers will distribute sales opportunities (income opportunities) more widely among sellers. Additionally, by making it easy to "first ask nearby sellers" on a map, money circulates within the local community. As the income of lower-ranked sellers increases, the local economy is revitalized, creating a "double-loop" effect that also increases the income of top-ranked sellers.
Through promotional activities, people will have more opportunities to make friends or meet potential marriage partners. As marriages increase, so will the number of children, leading to a flourishing community. More jobs will be created in the community, increasing everyone's income. That will also alleviate excessive competition.
Many managers are conscientious and want to increase employee salaries, but not all. We are considering a mechanism where pressing the "dissatisfied with salary" button informs the organization's management, thereby slightly reducing the probability of selection in Requests. Essentially, as RequestLand becomes more widespread and competition eases, reducing future uncertainties for managers and investors, the need for profit-seeking diminishes.
How?Methods of Dissemination
It is convenient to use alone, with family and friends, or in organizations like companies, and it has a high network effect. Dissemination and education are autonomously carried out by local user groups (RLUG) who use Requestland for regional revitalization. We also collaborate with many companies, organizations, local governments, and individuals.
To ensure it is reliable even in times of economic hardship, many features are available for free without a monthly membership fee. Optional features are priced on a pay-per-use basis starting from as low as $0.20, adjusted to the price levels of the user's country.
This is achieved by developing it ourselves and not spending money on advertising costs. Also, we don't operate for profit; in the future, staff salaries will be aligned with national civil servant standards in Japan.
To maximize ease of use, installation is as easy as a click from a browser and allows login without a password. It supports 37 languages and approximately 170 currencies, and is available in about 190 countries and regions.
About Peace and Passion
Peace and Passion, affectionately known as ✌️ Peace!, is a social startup based in Japan.
We started with seven members and two of us remained. For ten years, we've run with our own money as unpaid volunteers, financial aid from family and donations.
We have meticulously crafted both the theory and the system that will serve as a social foundation. It has finally reached operational status.
At its heart, what Peace creates is not just technology or tools, but communities that foster regional development and creates a new era. We work not for profit, but for realizing a new era that EVERYONE can keep peace of mind and passion.
We are eager to collaborate with more companies, organizations, and individuals. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We're thankful to donors, volunteers, our families, friends, and institutes who've helped us.

The hardest thing for me is reading stories about small children being abused by their parents on the newspaper in Japan.
Children were not given food, or boiling water was poured on them. Parents are hitting their children.
I want to make the world's parents happy first for children. I want everyone to be able to live with peace of mind and passion. I don't have much time left. I'm running at full speed.

Culture
We pursue our art. When in doubt, we follow our mission and conscience.
Our workday begins at 8:30 with friendly greetings for everyone. The atmosphere is akin to that of a university laboratory. We have a scheduled exercise break and enjoy our lunch in the beautiful university surroundings, often followed by a leisurely walk. We also have nap breaks. At the end of the day, we leave the office at 17:59 and strive to be in bed before 22:30.
We are a big family and learning animals; we read newspapers and books everyday. In summer we climb mountains and enjoy body-boards at the beach. No smartphone or caffeine addicts here.
