Using Banban Board, you can explore lower-ranked products and stores in your search results and spread revenue opportunities across more sellers.

Basic usage

Create a board

Press the Banban board button in the menu to open the list of Banban boards.

Press the + button to create and open a new board.

If you cannot find the Banban board button on the menu, press the project button , choose a Buy and Get Project.

Press a card and press the Edit button to edit the title and notes, and to reorder images.

Copy or drag a link, or create a new card with the + button

Copy the link to a product page on any website, then press the “Add by Link add_link” button.On a computer, drag links from websites. Links to about half the sites in the world will turn into cards with title, price, images, and explanation.

Compare and Move Cards

After placing enough cards on the board, gather the cards you like into the top row. Compare the cards in the top row and move the better ones further to the left. In the end, the leftmost card in the top row is your choice. This is the most basic way to use the board.

Press the Comparator button splitscreen to display two cards at a time and reorder them by swiping.

To delete or copy a card, first press the background of the board. The Delete clear and Copy filter_none buttons will appear on the card. Press the appropriate button to proceed.

Use with remote friends

Invite friends to your organization in prior. Both parties start a video call within a messaging session. Minimize the video call and open the Banban Board. Up to three people can talk while adding and moving cards at the same time.

Use for various purposes

• arrow_drop_down Choose what to buy
  

  Press the Banban board button to open the list of Banban boards.

  Press the + button to create and open a new board.

  If you cannot find the Banban board button on the menu, press the project button , choose a Buy Project.

  1. Do a survey on websites and drag links and images of your favorite products to the board one after another. Drag the price to the card as well. (Select the price number and drag).

  On a smartphone, copy a product page link and press the add_link button to create a card. Copy a price or an image, open the card and press content_paste_go to input.

  2. Sort the cards. Place your most favorite cards in the upper row. In the same row, put the cards you like more on the left side.
  3. After arranging the cards, there is something to buy at the left end of the top row. Open the card and press the open page button to go to the website and make a purchase.

  You can write notes such as pros and cons on the cards. For example, search websites and copy news releases and reviews that are be helpful.

  In the 'Description' section, press an image to fullscreen.

  When you find the buy button on the card, the item may be placed on the shopping cart on the website.

  On a touch-type device, touch and hold a card slightly before moving it. If you swipe, the screen will scroll.

• arrow_drop_down Choose a combination of multiple products

  Place your favorite products as cards on a board.

  Sort the cards so that the first combination is in the top row and the second combination is in the second row.

  You can copy a card by pressing the copy button content_copy at the top right of the card.

  Since the total price of the cards is displayed for each row, you can compare the total prices of the combinations.

  Think about which combination to buy by rearranging the cards. Once you've decided, press the open page button to go to the website and make a purchase. If there is a buy button in the row, you can press it to buy.

• arrow_drop_down Choose with friends and family

  

  Invite your friends to your organization. Or create a new organization and invite your friends.

  Open a project for requesting, and open "In-house message&video sessions" from its project menu.

  Press the + button to create and open a new session.

  While messaging, press the Banban board button star to switch to a Banban board. Press the messages button chat to return to the message session.

  In the Banban board, press the video button to talk with the other party in a video session. If you press the minimize button close_fullscreen during a video session, the video will close and you can use the Banban board while hearing the audio only.

  The video session feature is experimental. Currently three people can join a video session. If you experience instability, exit from the video session and enter again.

• arrow_drop_down Choose with a seller

  

  Enter a project for requesting from the project list. Place a request on the ​​land map and start a message or video session with a seller.

  In the message session, press the Banban board button star to switch to a Banban board. Press the Messages button chat to return to message session.

  In the Banban board, press the video button to talk with the other party in a video session. If you press the minimize button close_fullscreen during the video session, the video will close and you can use the Banban board while hearing the audio only.

  You may have multiple sessions with each of sellers. In a session with a seller, only cards suggested by that seller is visible to the seller. The seller can't see cards sent by other sellers.

  When you decide what to buy, tell the seller to take it. Place an order as directed by the seller. Alternatively, open the card and press the open page button to purchase from the seller's website.

• arrow_drop_down Coordinating clothes

  Press the vertical/horizontal switch button screen_rotation to arrange the rows vertically.

  Sort the cards so that the tops are on top and the bottoms are on the bottom.

  Make a combination of tops and bottoms for each row and compare.

  Press the Settings button settings to open the board settings view. Check "Travel mode" and press the Done button.

  Enjoy nice atmosphere with connecting lines among the cards.

  

• arrow_drop_down Think about the story

  Compare two slightly different stories as Story A and Story B.

  Arrange the cards and make Story A in the top row and Story B in the second row.

  You can copy the card by pressing the copy button content_copy at the top right of the card.

  You can use Banban board to determine titles, examine patent claims, consider video stories, and so on.

  

Detailed usage

• arrow_drop_down Make a new board

  Press the Banban board button to open the list of Banban boards.

  Press the + button to create and open a new board. You can set up several properties such as a currency for total prices.

  If you cannot find the Banban board button on the menu, press the project button , choose a Buy Project.

• arrow_drop_down Create a new card with a keyboard

  Press the + button on the board to open a new card. All input fields are optional and can be omitted.

  • If you enter the link of a web page and save without entering a title, the title of the web page will be automatically fetched from the page. Images, a price, and a description on the page are fetched if in luck.
  • Press camera_alt to take a new photo, press the file button attach_file to upload a file, or enter the link of an image.
  • You can also drag-and-drop an image on the web page into the link field.
  • Press the price + button and enter the price, store name, and the link of the web page. By pressing the + button again, you can record the data of another store. You can enter an expression for a price. You can use addition, subtraction, multiplication (*), division (/), and parentheses.
  • You can write text in the note field. You can also drag-and-drop formatted text from your browser or word processor.
• arrow_drop_down Create a new card by copying a website link

  Copy a website link and press add_link on a Banban board.

  • Automatically get a title from a page specified by a link. Images, prices, and product descriptions may be also included.
  • When you drag a link from a website, some cards will automatically get prices and descriptions, and some will not. Product pages from online shops often work, but others, especially pages with changing information like hotel prices, often do not. If the information does not appear, please enter it manually.
  • On Android and Chrome on PC, when you come back a Requestland page or Requestland app with the Banban board open, a card is automatically created from a copied link.
  • If you have added the Requestland app to your home screen on Android, Requestland will be displayed when you press the share button. Create a card on the last opened Banban board.
• arrow_drop_down Create new cards by drag-and-drop

  Drag links or images from websites onto the board to create new cards.

  

  • The title of a page is got automatically from the page specified by its link. Images, a price, and a description on the page are fetched if in luck.
  • When you drag a link from a website, some cards will automatically get prices and descriptions, and some will not. Product pages from online shops often work, but others, especially pages with changing information like hotel prices, often do not. If the information does not appear, please enter it manually.
  • Drag a text onto the card to enter the title. For example, on a Mac, select the title string on a web page, hold down the track pad and drag it onto the board.
  • Drag a number onto the card to enter the price. For example, on a Mac, select the price number on the web page, hold down the track pad and drag it onto the board.

  

  On some websites, you cannot open a page from a card created by dragging an image to a Banban board. In that case, try dragging a product name or link. (e.g. Apple store)

• arrow_drop_down Move a card

  Cards can be moved with your finger or cursor. Gather the cards you like into the top row. Compare the cards in the top row and move the better ones further to the left. In the end, the leftmost card in the top row is your choice. This is the most basic way to use the board.

  On touch devices, press firmly on the card before moving it. Swiping will scroll the screen.

  If you drag a card to the edge, the board will scroll.

• arrow_drop_down Compare cards side by side with the Comparator

  To compare product cards in a row two at a time, press the Comparator button splitscreen.

  Two products are displayed at once. Swipe the one you don’t want right to left to keep the other you prefer. Swipe left to right to revert.

  By repeating this process, the product you like most will end up as the leftmost card in the row.

  You can continue even after the top choice is decided to select the second and third options. This is useful for making a final decision among top candidates. Products that have already been compared will not be compared again, making the process smooth.

• arrow_drop_down Edit a card

  Press a card to open it. Press the edit button on the upper right of the card to edit.

  When you have finished editing, press the Done button.

  • You can copy a price, an image or a text and press the "paste to card button" content_paste_go on a card to enter them. Numbers are entered as prices, text are entered into the description, and images are entered into the image list. If you want to put it in the note, please paste it in the note in the edit mode.
  • On iPhone or iPad, if you copy an image containing a link, only the link will be pasted to the note.

  Input images using one of the following methods:

  • Drag images onto a card
  • Press the camera button camera_alt to take a new image or press the file button folder to upload a file.
  • Press the shared file button cloud_circle and select a file. To select a file from another project, press the search button in the upper right corner search and select "All items in your organization".
  • Enter an image link.

  You can enter an expression for a price. You can use addition, subtraction, multiplication (*), division (/), and parentheses.

• arrow_drop_down Copy a card

  Press the upper right corner of a card.

  Or, when you press a board, a copy button content_copy will appear on a card, so press that.

• arrow_drop_down Delete a card

  Press the upper left corner of a card.

  When you press a board, a delete button clear will appear on a card, so press that.

• arrow_drop_down Change card size

  Move the resize slider.

  On touch devices, you can also adjust the size using pinch gestures (spreading or pinching with two fingers).

• arrow_drop_down Switch between vertical/horizontal

  Press the vertical / horizontal switch button screen_rotation .

  In vertical mode the titles of cards disappear.

• arrow_drop_down Card display and list display

  Press the display/list display button view_comfy and list .

• arrow_drop_down Display only notes or descriptions in list view

  Pressing the "Fixed height" button in list view displays only notes.

  Pressing the "Note only" button displays only descriptions.

  Pressing the "Desc only" button returns to fixed height.

• arrow_drop_down Changing the title of a row, adding and swapping rows

  Use the Add Row add, Copy Row filter_none, and Delete Row clear buttons to add, copy, or delete a row.

  Press the Comparator button splitscreen to display two cards at a time and reorder them by swiping.

  By pressing the row title, you can edit it.

  By dragging the top left of a row, you can rearrange rows.

  

  By pressing a row value, you can select the calculation used to aggregate the values of the cards in that row.

  Click the row jump buttons menu_open to quickly move from row to row.

• arrow_drop_down Move a card to another board

  Press a card to open it. Press the edit button on the top right.

  Select the destination board from the Banban board drop-down list and press the Done button.

• arrow_drop_down Wrap cards in a row

  Press the Settings button settings to open the board settings view. Check "Wrap cards" and press the Done button.

  When the number of cards increases, cards will wrap in the row.

• arrow_drop_down Limitations

  The maximum number of cards allowed on one board is 200.

  If you enable the "Scroll Auto" feature on Aquos Android, it may cause unexpected behavior. Therefore, it is recommended to disable "Scroll Auto".
