The goals and policies

Project goals

The project aims to foster collaboration among all users and staff to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Increase wages for all individuals, address significant income disparities, and reduce excessive competition to promote peace of mind.
  2. Establish a fair and sustainable economic system that allows everyone to work with passion and earn a sufficient income to bring smiles.
  3. Foster a positive and self-sustaining local economy that benefits all stakeholders and creates a better world for future generations.

Policy of Implementation

The income of most individuals is determined by the salary they receive from their company. This salary, in turn, is influenced by the company's sales and its policies regarding the distribution of labor costs.

If a buyer shows too much favoritism towards certain sellers when making purchases, it can lead to disparities in sales and salaries among those sellers. Therefore, the buyer has the power to reduce these disparities by making more equitable purchasing decisions. Additionally, if the management of a company, which has benefited from this system, distributes salaries fairly and adequately to its employees, it can further alleviate the issue of income disparity.

  1. Direct Income Distribution Yourself (DIDY):

Buyers should distribute income opportunities to sellers as widely as possible, while fulfilling the purpose of their purchase. This helps reduce income disparities and increase the middle-income class. DIDY is more effective than government income redistribution and empowers individuals to take action.

  2. Purchase based on purpose, not rankings:

Instead of always buying from top-ranked sellers, focus on purchasing items that fulfill your specific needs. This prevents concentration of orders on top sellers and helps lower-ranked sellers avoid falling into poverty.

  3. Prioritize local stores:

When making purchases, try to buy from stores in your region using the Land map. This supports the local economy and reduces CO2 emissions caused by long-distance deliveries.

  4. Increase employees' salaries:

Companies that benefit from Requestland should take responsibility for increasing their employees' income. By doing so, employees have greater purchasing power, which stimulates the economy. Buyers should support companies that prioritize fair salaries for their employees.

  5. Use requests to prevent AI job displacement:

To counter the threat of AI taking over human jobs, it is crucial to create more job opportunities that only humans can fulfill. The "Buy by ask, Sell by ask" approach with requests helps protect human employment.

  6. "Buy by ask, Sell by ask" to save time and money:

Embracing the concept of buying and selling through requests can streamline processes and lead to cost savings. The Request shift initiative aims to create jobs and redistribute income opportunities from urban areas to rural areas, promoting a happier and more balanced society.

  7. Fill Requestland with requests to alleviate excessive competition and anxiety:

By ensuring a constant flow of requests on Requestland, employees can have more security in their jobs and income.

However, you shouldn't be working as a gig worker undertaking one-time jobs on Requestland. This is because if your health is compromised, your income will decrease and your lifestyle will become unstable. It is recommended to use Requestland for existing individual businesses with a proven track record, preferably those that already have a stable income for the family. Alternatively, you can recruit companions on Requestland and conduct business as a team.

Code of conduct and advice

  • Show respect to others and communicate using polite language.
  • Life encompasses many aspects, so let's practice kindness and support one another.
  • In Requestland, both buyers and sellers are considered equal.
  • Please ensure fair use of the platform.
  • Discrimination based on factors such as race, gender, age, disability, nationality, origin, wealth, religion, or political beliefs is strictly prohibited.

Buyers:

  • Keep in mind that consultation has a cost associated with it.
  • Once the seller states the "final price," refrain from asking for further discounts.
  • Rainy days are opportune for consultation as sellers tend to have fewer customers.
  • Remember that you are the final decision-maker and should take responsibility for your choices.
  • It is human to make mistakes, so practice tolerance.

Sellers's golden rule of work:

  • Sell only products or services that you would be comfortable selling to your own family.
  • Prioritize following your conscience over making sales.
  • Your value lies in solving customers' problems, and occasionally, you may need to recommend products from other companies. Profit and happiness will naturally follow.
  • Avoid taking on too many requests to maintain a balance between competition and fairness.

Bonus: Pax Demandica

One of the primary causes of inequality and poverty is war.

Financial instability and competition drive people to support war and terrorism.

By implementing the above policies in our daily transactions, even to a small extent, we will realize that we no longer need to worry about money. Consequently, we can eliminate the need for wars or militaries and achieve unprecedented prosperity.
