Individuals Business

There are no per-user monthly fees or contract fees.

To make it accessible to many people, the number of data items you can store and the number of uses of AI and other functions have upper limits (the free tier). If you need more than the free tier, please enable the low-cost pay-as-you-go paid options.

Enabling paid options

Enable paid options from 'Create organization' or from 'Option settings' in 'Organization settings', which you can open from the menu shown when you press the button at the top-right of the app.

Even after you enable paid options, you will not be charged unless you exceed the free tier.

The usage fees shown below are monthly amounts. Fees are calculated per second and billed in daily units. Billing is done per organization.

To make Requestland affordable for everyone, fees are defined in Luncho, the common value index in line with the cost of living in your country.

Receivers

Receivers automatically receive requests based on receiving conditions such as keywords and notify you. For each receiver, you can specify up to 10 keywords and up to 16 regions or price ranges as receiving conditions. One receiver is free per organization. 12.0 Luncho.

Security management

Beyond the free retention period, you can record, search, and audit operation logs for 1 to 10 years based on settings. Includes organization passkey management and security event notifications to administrators. The usage fee for a month is determined by the number of logs on the settlement date. For every 1,000 operation logs, 1.0 Luncho.

Usage fees are accumulated every second and charged with one day as the minimum unit.
Fees may change without prior notice.
Creating multiple organizations for receivers with the same purpose is prohibited.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Requestland for free?

For personal organizations the fundamental functions are free. To allow as many users as possible, there are free-tier limits on the number of data items and uses of AI and other functions.

For business organizations the free tier is smaller than for personal organizations.

If you need more than the free tier, please enable the low-cost pay-as-you-go paid options.

There are no per-user monthly fees or contract fees.
How do you count data items?

We count the number of data items stored in the organization. For example, one note or one message each counts as one data item. Logs are not included.

If a Banban board contains 50 cards, it counts as 51 items.

You can keep using Requestland by deleting data after reaching the limit.

Shared files count as both one data item and file-storage capacity.
What is the entry fee?

The entry fee you choose helps cover Requestland's operating and server costs because the service is currently self-funded. If you kindly support us, we would be very grateful. Paying an entry fee also increases the probability that you are selected as a seller.

No payment is made if you are not selected as a seller, or if you are selected but the buyer never views your information. A fee is charged when the buyer presses the button to start a message session with you, or if they view your profile or product list.
May I transfer or sell Land domain names, or transfer my organization?

No, that is prohibited.
