The notification badge feature is available on Android, Chrome and Edge browsers, if you install Requestland as an app on the home screen and when the app is up. So, if you are using macOS, Chrome is better than Safari because the badge feature is available on Chrome only. The badge is not available on iOS with any browser.

After Windows update, Install Microsoft edge from the Microsoft home page.
Install Chrome to Windows
Download and install from Google's Chrome page
If you cannot install because of S mode, you can use latest Edge or switch out of S mode.
